As much of a makeup addict I am, I tend not to jump on the bandwagon and try new brands and products out immediately. I remember seeing Colourpop eyeshadows pop up in the online beauty community a few years ago and I just never got around to trying it out because in truth it seemed kind of over hyped.



But a few weeks ago on a whim, I decided to order some products because the second quad that Kathleenlights did with Colourpop looked bomb I just placed a medium sized order. I am going to break up my purchase into two separate posts because I don't give y'all information overload

SuperShock Shadow in Too Shy, Coconut, Telepathy and Nillionaire

As you can see from the swatches, the color pay off on these are amazing. They have a spongy almost cream shadow consistency, but I was able to blend them with powder shadows nicely. Like I'm sure you've seen in thousands of other reviews, these apply best with the finger, but if you can't stand to use your fingers sponge tip applicators actually help to apply the shadows with full opacity when patted on the lid. Telepathy is my favorite of the bunch, but i also love a good blue so Too Shy is some amazing glitteryness!!

I can't wait to use them more and I have since purchased some more of the SuperShock shadows and can't wait until they get here. I also did a FOTD post using Too Shy that you can find here.
